Where this started
My dad ran his own medical practice, and handed me Rich Dad Poor Dad. I grew up watching what building your own thing costs.
Google and Meta ads are the lever I pull. The machine does the pulling, the search terms and the pacing. The calls are still mine, and you see both.

Google Ads Impact Award
The Impact Award is Google's, on an agency account Jeff ran. Not to KWW.
Fourteen years, and I have sat on all three sides of this business. The person selling you ads has usually only sat on one, and it is never the side you are on.

2012–2020
$40M a year on one automotive account. Eight years learning what a budget that size forgives, and what it does not.
2020–2022
In-house on a six-brand portfolio. Revenue doubled year over year, tracking and creative mine too.
2022–2023
Microsoft Advertising. A $41M Fortune 500 book, and I trained the worldwide sales team on how to sell it.
2023–
Started this. Small on purpose, owner-run accounts, where a good quarter lands on somebody's payroll.
The businesses I like best are underdogs. They sell something good. Not enough people have heard of it yet.
That is a math problem. Most of this industry would rather you thought it was magic.
I have worked every job in this business, including the one where I sold the ads. Everyone who gives you advice has a sales target of their own. That target shapes what they tell you.
So when someone tells you where to put your money, I can tell you who it really helps.

Some months you can feel it. The work is good. The phone stays quiet. That is the month I built this for.
I'm Jeff Kimura. I also work on very large budgets, the kind that spend more in a week than a small shop makes in a year. When those go well, a number moves in a report and nobody's life changes. It is good work and I like it. This is not that.
When your ads work here, you hire someone. You finally pay yourself what you are worth. So your account gets run the way a hundred million dollar account gets run. Same care, much smaller budget.
What you read here is what I would tell you on a call. Nothing is saved for people who fill in a form. I live in Orange County. I guest lecture at UCLA. My golf game is bad, and I am worse at putting the laptop down.
I go through your account and send back what I find, in writing. No pitch. Plenty of people take the notes and keep running it themselves.
Free. You keep the findings either way.
